-We are looking for a International Marketing professional who has keen interest in the overall media advertising market and focused to hunt new business while expanding the relationship with existing clients . -As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with publishers, advertisers, agencies, ad networks , DSPs, Trading Desks marketing directs to help grow Online Advertising business. -The successful candidate will have a passion for ownership that meet and exceed company revenue and optimization goals while delivering outstanding service to our buyers.
- To achieve the targeted sale through Business Development in North America, Europe, Asia and global. - Key focus on Business Development as well as identify and create new business opportunity grow and maintain existing accounts with a clear focus on high value business and solution based selling approach. - Proficiency in maintaining cordial relationship with customers, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention. - Sales and account management of online advertising clients & agencies. Primary point of contact for technical issues and questions related to online creatives. - Identify new areas of sales opportunity within our products (apps, mobile web and website), including enhancing existing clients sales. - Help to develop charting out marketing strategies, enhancing business volumes & growth, achieving profitability and roadmap to grow revenue while maintaining a positive user experience. - Expertise in developing & implementing promotional plans and providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors and clients to improve strategic planning and decision making. - Work closely with all network partners to ensure that all campaigns are being implemented correctly, continue to run in the proper manner and optimize to highest level. Responsible for end-to-end implementation and management of advertising campaigns. - Interact with clients to communicate specifications, collect creatives and other collateral necessary for campaign launch. Train and educate clients in the use of our system. - Support of pre and post sales, generate new leads, proven track record of achieving target, including but not limited to: participation in kick of calls, communication of ad specs, collection/generation of assets, campaign data entry, detailed media QA, and campaign launch. - Work closely with all internal groups and execute campaign optimization decisions in timely and accurate manners. Responsible for the management of online advertising campaigns and operations support (QA, implementation, troubleshooting, etc). - Continuously monitor campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly. - Analysis of account performance (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Conversion rate, Sales, Action, CPA, CPM, CPL, CPC, CPI etc.) in order to make best Optimization. Oversees daily ad operations across multiple campaign activities, Monitoring delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed.
- Good understanding and interest in the overall online advertising market and Familiarity with online advertising (mobile, display, video), Campaigns creation, de-bugging, creative collection, campaign optimizations is plus. - Expert in online Business Development and sales internationally. Strong in email marketing, social marketing, lead generation and client retention. - Ability to multitask across clients to ensure the proper execution of several plans simultaneously and effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and sales target. - Excellent verbal communication, listening and writing skills in English, good presentation skills, curious to learn, great attitude and quick learner. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Work with internal teams to troubleshoot any creative related questions from our clients. - Proven sales skills with successful record of attaining or exceeding quotes. - Should have an ability to develop/suggest on the spot custom marketing proposals and ideas. - Graduate degree in Advertising/Marketing or a relevant discipline is preferred. - Freshers or 0-2 years experience in the online advertising industry.
Bachelors or Masters in an analytical or technical field, MBA desired.
